1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to APLUS Transportation Services LLC. By accessing our website and utilizing our logistics, shipping, and warehousing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and APLUS Transportation Services LLC, regarding your access to and use of our digital platforms and freight solutions.

If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and our services, and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Use of the Site and Services

We provide comprehensive logistics authority in the Buffalo-Niagara region, including freight brokerage, tracking and tracing, and distribution. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes related to cargo transportation and supply chain management. Unauthorized use of our tracking systems or proprietary shipping interfaces is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
